Program

MJO Car Rental sends transactional text messages about your car rental bookings: booking and payment confirmations, payment requests, delivery and pick-up reminders, return reminders and overdue-return notices. We do not send marketing messages by SMS.

How you opt in

When you create an account on mjocar.com and enter a mobile number, you can tick a checkbox that is unchecked by default to agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of renting. Staff do not add you to text messages without that consent.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your bookings, typically 2–6 messages per rental. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. You will still receive booking emails.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

短信说明

MJO Car Rental 只发送与租车订单相关的短信：预订与付款确认、付款提醒、送车 / 取车提醒、还车提醒和超时未还提醒，不发送营销短信。

注册账号并填写手机号时，你可以勾选同意（默认不勾选）。是否同意不影响租车。发送频率视订单而定，一般每次租车 2–6 条，可能产生运营商短信费用。

回复 STOP 退订，回复 START 重新订阅，回复 HELP 获取帮助。我们不会出售或向第三方提供你的手机号和短信同意信息用于营销。
