What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, and mobile number if you provide one.
• Rental documents you upload: driver's licence, identity and insurance documents, and photos taken at delivery and return.
• Booking details: dates, locations, vehicle, prices, payment references and messages with us.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site securely, such as sign-in sessions.

How we use it

To create and manage your bookings, verify eligibility to rent, deliver and collect vehicles, take payments and refunds, send booking emails and (if you opted in) booking text messages, handle damage, tolls or tickets incurred during a rental, meet legal obligations, and keep the service secure. Document images may be read automatically to fill in details for staff review.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email and SMS delivery, document recognition), with insurers or authorities when needed for a claim, toll, ticket or legal request, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Security and retention

Uploaded documents are stored encrypted with restricted staff access. We keep records for as long as needed for your rentals and for legal, tax and dispute purposes, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS.
